The staff are friendly and helpful, providing advice on transportation and giving suggestions for exploring the city. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers daily room cleaning, ensuring a tidy space for guests.

The breakfast buffet has limited options, and some guests have been observed taking excessive amounts of food, leaving little for others.

We encountered a small leakage in the shower stall. we laid the towels down to soak up the water and it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The staff were really good, with one particular person named Red being helpful and kind. He not only gave us directions to public transportation but also woke up early to assist me in catching my flight to Amsterdam. Thanks to Red, my trip in this city was nice.
